Join Us for the 68th International Meeting of the Transportation Research Forum in Kansas City, MO!

Transportation professionals from around the world will gather April 15-16, 2027, for the 68th International Meeting of the Transportation Research Forum in Kansas City, Missouri—a city whose identity has been shaped by rail yards, river commerce, and interstate crossroads since its founding. Our focused day-and-a-half agenda is designed to maximize your time, delivering rigorous research, applied insights, and candid discussion on the challenges and opportunities defining transportation’s future. Between sessions, take in a city built for movement: wander the soaring concourse of historic Union Station, once one of the nation’s busiest rail terminals, or ride the free downtown streetcar past a skyline still anchored by its freight and logistics roots. Optional tours on Thursday morning offer a deeper look at how Kansas City continues to reinvent its transportation legacy. Join colleagues old and new for two days of substantive exchange in a city that has always understood what it means to keep things moving.
