Basic Conference:  Participation in all sessions, including breakout and poster sessions, the Thursday evening reception, and the Awards Luncheon

Full Conference: Participation in all sessions, including breakout and poster sessions, Thursday evening reception, Awards Luncheon, and Friday evening dinner outing.

Thursday Tour: Washington Union Station, 9 am – noon

Thursday Tour: Virginia Railway Express Commuter Rail & Historical Downtown Arlington, 9 am – noon

Saturday Gathering: Air & Space Museum is free and does not require advance registration.

Attendees who are unable to stay for the Friday dinner outing are encouraged to donate their tickets to a member of the graduate student delegation.

Registration rates vary based on TRF membership status. Please see the table below for details. Refunds less a 5% administrative fee available through March 15. No refunds will be available beginning March 16, 2024.
