Become a TRF Student Ambassador
The Transportation Research Forum is selecting eight students to serve as Student Ambassadors at the 68th Annual International Meeting, April 15–16, 2027, in Kansas City, Missouri. Ambassadors build leadership skills, connect with industry professionals, and help shape the student experience at the conference.

What you’ll do
- Promote the conference through social media and student networks
- Encourage students to take part in the conference
- Lead workshop teams alongside industry professionals and facilitate discussions
- Take part in pre- and post-conference activities

Who should apply
Undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in transportation, research, and professional development are encouraged to apply. Experience in student organizations, marketing, or event promotion is a plus.
